Our Services
Quy Fen Cleaning provides routine cleaning, deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, and holiday let & Airbnb cleaning across Cambridge and the surrounding area. Quotes provided online or by phone are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price may be confirmed or adjusted following a more detailed assessment of the property.
Bookings, Cancellations and Payment
Bookings can be made online, by phone or by email. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a clean, so we can offer the slot to another customer. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking or on your invoice. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for bookings cancelled at short notice.
Access to Your Property
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property at the agreed appointment time, including keys, access codes or alarm instructions where relevant. If our team is unable to gain access, a call-out or cancellation charge may apply.
Insurance and Liability
All of our cleaners are vetted, DBS-checked and fully insured. While we take great care with your property and belongings, we cannot accept liability for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from faulty fixtures, fittings or equipment not caused by our team. Any concerns about the standard of a clean should be reported to us within 48 hours so we can put things right. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
